1. Establish fuel management system

2. Control hydraulic oil storage conditions

For open storage, especially in the cement, textile, construction sites, mines and other dust more occasions, as well as the temperature change is large environment, should strengthen measures for the protection of the hydraulic oil, in order to avoid contamination.
(2) Storage temperature: the temperature of the hydraulic oil reservoir generally 20 ~ 30 ℃ is appropriate, and away from heat and direct sunlight to prevent oil oxidation.
(3) storage containers: The containers with hydraulic oil drums and cans as much, in order to prevent dust, moisture deposited around the barrel (tank) mouth, barrel (tank) to horizontally appropriate, or should the barrel (tank) take anti-pollution measures to mouth. In the long-term storage, typically every eight months or so put the barrel (tank) rotary stir once.
3. Precautions when hydraulic oil access
According to the requirements of the system or components, you should carefully check the types and grades of oil, not a mistake, especially when you should pay special attention to add new oil.
From take the oil to the oiling process, to carefully inspect and clean oil drums, oil extraction, a funnel, filter and so on.
